Child actress Kessar Kansara, currently seen playing the role of Niya in Zee TV‘s popular show Lakshmi Niwas, is having a whale of a time, as she is precisely the centre of all major drama in the show. She is grateful to Producer Rashmi Sharma for giving her this wonderful opportunity.
She says, “I am blessed to be part of this show. It’s an opportunity for me to learn acting while working with amazing personalities like Rashmi ma’am and Pawan (Kumar) sir. They are making me camera-perfect and helping me to grow as an actor. They are humble, encouraging and very sweet. Ma’am is known for gripping storylines and strong female characters. The audience enjoys the way she aims to mix entertainment with social messages, featuring well-etched characters.”
She goes on to say, “Be it Rashmi ma’am or Pawan sir, whenever they are on set, they make sure to see me and check about my well-being. The special attention makes me feel most special on sets. They always check about my studies and help me manage shoots and studies. I enjoy being around them.”
Talking about her role in the show, she continues, “The show centres around the characters Veer (Raghav Tiwari) and Radhika (Akshita Mudgal), who are looking after Niya, after her father’s (Gashmeer Mahajani) death. It’s a very interesting role. I bond with them really well and enjoy shooting along with them.”
Kessar, since a very young age, has been shooting for brands and featured in many commercials and been the face for Swiggy Instamart, Pears (soap), Santoor: Hand Wash, Nihar Shanti Amla Badam Hair Oil, among others. She has also acted in shows like Dhaakad Beera, Aami Dakini, Maati Se Bandhi Dor, Prem Leela.
