Nitin Bhatia the talented young actor who has entered the Sony SAB show Bhakharwadi produced by J.D. Majethia’s Hats Off Productions is happy and satisfied being part of the comedy genre show.

Says Nitin, “It is going great. We are shooting amid all the precautions. Just like any Sony SAB show, the ambience on our set is super funny and enjoyable.”

Nitin has been roped in to play the grown up Mandhar Gokhale which was earlier played by child artiste Nishkarsh Dixit.

Talking about his role, Nitin states, “It has started really well. The good thing about the SAB TV shows is that every character has his/her own identity and characteristic. The Mandar who was a small boy had very specific Sanskrit accent in his way of talking. The grownup Mandar is shown to be more mature. But he has this knack of being foolish in his own way. The guy has this attitude to save money for the family. But with his behaviour, he ends up spending more money. He is funny in a way wherein he says that all of the profit and loss that happens is the wish of God.”

Nitin considers himself extremely lucky to be working with a class actor of the stature of Deven Bhojani. “Working with Deven Sir is so very good. I automatically get lost watching him in action.”

On shooting on the set amidst the pandemic spread, he quips, “We youngsters on the set cannot stop from getting close, but take care of the social distancing norms on the set. But when we are shooting with the senior artists like Deven Sir and others, we truly stay at a distance and shoot.”

Nitin has been part of shows Musakaan, Mitegi Lakshman Rekha, Mastaangi, Yeh Hai Chahatein, TV, Biwi aur Main etc loves the flair of comedy as an actor. “I love it when I am doing comedy. It is fun playing such characters. However, I will want to play a negative character in future. I have played a negative role in Musakaan but will love it if I get to play a stern negative character.”
