Reflecting on the guidance and support that paved the way for this pivotal moment, Shagun attributes much of her growth to her management team at Hoonur Talent. “Over the last few years, I’ve realised how vital it is to have a team that recognises your potential—sometimes even before you see it in yourself. Looking back at how her shows shaped her approach to acting, she notes, “My time in fiction projects Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain taught me the rhythm and discipline required for daily television, while competing in Khatron Ke Khiladi pushed me entirely out of my comfort zone, revealing a side of myself I hadn’t explored. Now, with Queen, I’m bringing every lesson from those experiences into building Neeti.”
Taking on the title role brings new artistic challenges, as she dives deep into the nuances of a character driven by sharp ambition and emotional depth. “Neeti is fiercely ambitious and strong, yet she carries an intricate emotional life that I am genuinely enjoying exploring.
