Kirtida Mistry and Ribbhu Mehra are happy and elated with their Roka ceremony happening on 12 May. It was social media which made them acquainted with each other and this was the first step to their love tale.
We at IWMBuzz.com talked to Kirtida Mistry and Ribbhu Mehra and congratulated them. “We first met on a social networking site. We have been friends for 6-7 years now. Later, when Ribbhu came to Mumbai, we met for the first time. We hit it off instantly. We have been the best of friends. We have been telling people that ours is a love story similar to Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. We have been friends for so long, and suddenly realize that we want to become life partners. He has always been there for me, through the thick and thin. I need not say anything in words, he knows me so well that he understands my thought without me talking about it,” says Kirtida.
Ribbhu Mehra says that, “The second wave of Covid actually made our bond stronger. That is when we made a lot of original content reels. We used to hang around a lot. We met quite often. We involved the families and that is how the thought of wedding happened.”
Ask them about the wedding date and Kirtida states, “We have not decided on the wedding date yet. Our families are still in the process of finalizing it. Mostly, it will be a winter wedding in Delhi.”
“Both of us are extremely happy, as our families are happy. We love our families a lot. I have always been like that, and Ribbhu also has the same mindset for family. It is a new beginning in our lives. We are looking forward to the wedding now,” says Kirtida.
“I am very filmy. In fact, both of us are very filmy. So the wedding, the dressing up, the preparations are all so exciting for me. We can’t wait for that to happen,” shares Ribbhu.
