She has also done films such as Paathshaala and Nishabd. Since 2017, she has been portraying the role of Dr. Preeta Arora in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya. She plays Dr. Preeta Arora, a physiotherapist.
She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai. 2005, she moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in the glam field.
Shraddha participated in the TV show India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj that aired on Zee TV and became the first runner-up from all over India. She got a breakthrough role in 2006 in the Tamil film Kalvanin Kadhali, wherein she played the role of Tina. She simultaneously ventured into the Telugu industry and did substantial roles in films like Godava, opposite Vaibhav Reddy, Kothi Muka and Romeo. She also performed in Tamil cinema in Kalvanin Kadhali. She has also done two Kannada movies and a Malayalam movie. She has worked in different languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
She appeared in the Shael Oswal’s popular video song Soniye Heeriye in 2010.
She won several awards for her work in the entertainment industry such as the Indian Telly Award for Best Actress in a Negative Role for the TV serial Dream Girl, Best Jodi Award at the Zee Gold Awards, Hero of the Month Award by Life OK and Women Achievers Award in 2016.
Apart from being an actress, she is also a host and has hosted the famous comedy show Mazaak Mazaak Mein that aired on Life OK. She also featured in various advertisements of popular brands like TVS Scooty, Pears, Johnson & Johnson, etc. Shraddha will soon be seen in Nach Baliye season 9 with her ex, which will be produced by Salman Khan.
