Rubina Dilaik was crowned the winner of Bigg Boss 14 and created headlines throughout her time on the program for voicing her thoughts. Rubina was never hesitant to speak her mind, whether it was about the show’s presenter, celebrity Salman Khan, or other candidates. The actress is also recognized for responding to trolls with appropriate responses.

Rubina was recently seen becoming honest in an interview with ETimes TV about how she coped with trolls who targeted her for her weight gain.

“They start remarking, ‘Arre buddhi Lagne lagi hai, charm chala gaya hai, look at the way she walks, arre bhains hogayi hai,’ when you gain one additional inch here and there,” Rubina explained.

People who are “inconsiderate of others’ sentiments” have the ability to write anything they want on anyone’s social media profile, she noted.

“People should understand the importance of respecting someone’s right to be who they want to be. Nobody wants to talk about it. If they discuss it, we, on the other hand, should be prepared to manage it and not allow it to influence us. It’s almost as though the trolls are being warned that there is a line they must not cross,” she stated

She posted a few photos on Instagram in November of last year with a special message for her “pseudo followers.”

She wrote: “Dear well-wishers/ PSEUDO FANS, I’ve seen that you’re bothered by my weight growth! You keep sending nasty letters and texts as if you don’t think I’m worth anything if I don’t pay a publicist or tip paps for spotting… You’re threatening to drop out of fandoms because I’m heavy, don’t wear nice (designer) clothes, and don’t work hard enough to acquire big projects…. Well, I’m sorry to say that, for you, my physical appearance is considerably more significant than my ability and dedication to my profession….. But there is some good news for you all…. MY LIFE HAS PHASES, and you, too, are a period of my life.”
