Talented actor Hasan Zaidi is back on the television screens once again with Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana, the show on Star Plus. It needed the Writer in Zama Habib to motivate Hasan to be back to the space where he excelled years back.

The amazing storytelling of Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana was enough for Hasan Zaidi to spring back into action on the small screen.

Here is an exclusive conversation of Hasan.

You are making a comeback to TV with Zindagi Ghar Aana. How is the feeling?

The feeling is wonderful. This is a very good project, a really good platform and a very good character to play.

How important and priceless is this opportunity for you? Take us through it.

For any actor to get to this particular platform and to showcase his/her talent, it is a wonderful opportunity to be backed by the makers. This role is priceless as the last two years, as we go through the pandemic has been tough to handle. There have been many people who have been sitting idle, not being able to work. In that sense, to be able to work in something that you always wanted to be part of is really good.

Zamaji has said on social media that Zindagi Ghar Aana is not a love tale, but a celebration of life. Can you explain this?

Zama Bhai is absolutely right!! Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana, as the title suggests, is all about understanding and appreciating life in this phase that we are going through. Every character in the show will play a very important role and will add to the beauty of what life is with their varied emotions. So yes, it is the celebration of life!!

Tell us about your character?

Pritam is a very layered character. But he has a lot that occupies his mind. He comes from a very different space; he is a loner and that is what I can tell you about Pritam at the moment. As the story progresses, you and even me will know more about Pritam.

What do you think is the USP of the show?

The USP of the show is that the story is written by a great writer, that is Zama Habib. That is the USP. Good storytelling takes you a long way.

How is it to work with Esha?

Working with Esha is a lot of fun. It is very reciprocating with regards to the craft. She is a brilliant actress; it is good to be around her in the creative space. Looking forward to doing lot more work with her in the show.

Working with a Writer and Creative excellence like Zamaji is a blessing. How do you feel?

I feel blessed. I am second time lucky. I did a show with him, seven years back where he was the Writer. My admiration for him as a writer and storyteller has only grown with him. I was not looking for shows on TV. I had almost got finalized for an OTT concept, when I got to know of this show of Zama Bhai. So I had to be part of this good storytelling.

What will you tell your fans about the show and role?
