Shehnaaz Gill, a Bigg Boss 13 participant, may not have won the show, but she has certainly won hearts. In a recent interview with The Times of India, Gill talked about being positive. According to the Punjabi diva, it is difficult to be cheerful in the face of a crisis, but one can strive to remain calm. She went on to say that her aunt recently tested positive and was experiencing terrible symptoms and that she wishes her a swift recovery.

Shehnaaz, who is currently based in Mumbai, says she misses her Punjabi family and communicates with them over the internet. “I miss them a lot and make video calls every evening. I tell them to show me around and talk to everyone in the house. It gives me a feeling that they are around me.”

In addition, she claims that post-Bigg Boss, she believes in keeping negativity at bay and believes that everyone will have their time. She went on to state that she feels that hard work pays off, thus she concentrates on improving her talents rather than comparing herself to others since this only leads to anger and jealousy. She went on to say that her positive attitude has helped her get through difficult situations.

Given that there is an instant reaction in the industry, with so many mediums where fans and others may say both the good and negative, she says that, while it is difficult to look away, she tries to ignore them and wishes the best for even her detractors. She believes that individuals who love her will be unconcerned with her personal life and only care about her profession. She went on to say that she has been through a lot of trials and tribulations, and while she is not denying that she has made mistakes, she believes that the good news is that she has learned to distinguish between the good and the bad.
