Ayesha Singh the talented lead actress of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin gets into an exclusive conversation with IWMBuzz.com.

This might be Ayesha Singh’s first big project as a lead. But she has simply won the hearts of audiences with her high-in-energy portrayal in the role of Sai in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin the successful Star Plus show produced by Cockrow and Shaika Entertainment. She’s certainly a good find and has amazing acting capabilities.

Ayesha gets into a frank conversation with IWMBuzz.com, and talks about her character, her co-actors, and on the show.

Excerpts:

How has your journey with Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin been?

It has been a beautiful and enriching experience. I have made new friends, learned a lot. It is nice to be part of such a successful show. It is being loved by so many people across the globe. I am very grateful for it.

The character of Sai is so very good. What are her attributes that you like the most?

I love the character of Sai. My favourite attribute of hers will be how honest and straightforward she is about whatever she sees. She is very upfront and unapologetic. Even if it is her fault she is not biased. If she is at fault, she admits. If she isn’t, she does not give up. I love the fact that she is such a strong female. She is on her own, and has the fighting spirit.

In what ways are you similar and different from Sai?

I am somewhat similar to Sai in being honest and being jovial. But I am way different from Sai when it comes to being straightforward. I don’t confront people, and would rather let it go. I don’t have so much energy that Sai has (laughs). So I need to gather all my energy for all such sequences. I am a little laid back, chilled out. Having said that, I like the fact that both my character and I in real life, are honest. That innocence is common. I am very simple as Ayesha and the same holds good for Sai. Simplicity and honesty are attributes that I share with Sai. But I don’t have the energy level and habit of getting into confrontations, and the straightforwardness like Sai.

Are there times when you see yourself on screen and think this girl talks a lot (smiles).

(laughs) Yes, there are times when I read the script and I immediately feel that she talks a lot (smiles). Oh my God, she talks a lot, is my feeling. I have to learn those lines ultimately. But when I see the character speaking and the scenes, nothing seems inappropriate or extra or unnecessary. Everything that she talks about makes sense, and she puts her point across so very well. So yes, while I see the scenes, I don’t feel that Sai talks a lot. But when I need to learn those lines, I really feel she could be an introvert (smiles) and speak a little less. Otherwise, I love how Sai talks and puts her point forward.

What has this success of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin given you personally?

The show has given me a lot of respect from fans. It has given me a new family of fans, and new recognition. It has made me get into long-lasting friendships with many people from the show. I can’t measure the love I am getting from fans. It holds a lot of value in my heart.

How is your rapport with Neil and Aishwarya?

I share a very nice bond with Neil Sir and Aiswarya ji both. I spend a lot of time shooting my scenes with Neil Sir. So I share a little better bond with him. There is a little more understanding and I know his style of work. I know how he would respond in a scene. I know Virat too very well. I have not done a lot of scenes with Aishwaryaji; I really like her as an artist. As a person, she is very helpful. Overall, I share a very sweet bond with both Neil Sir and Aishwaryaji.

The scenes between Pakhi and Sai are always explosive. What’s the secret of it?

Yes, the scenes between Pakhi and Sai are always explosive and the secret behind this is the writers. The story is like that and the scenes come out that way. Pakhi has her own passion for her side of the love and so does Sai. Virat too has his own equation with the two of them. So when the three of them get together, they are explosive. I will give credit to the writers who beautifully write our scenes. So they bring out the required energy from us actors.

Your message to your fans will be

Well, thank you for appreciating me and giving me all this love in such a quick time. Keep showering your love and we will need them more.
