Payal Ghosh is one of the most gorgeous models and actresses of the Indian Entertainment industry. Originally from Kolkata, Payal ran away from her family in Kolkata to pursue a career in acting in Mumbai. She’s predominantly worked in South regional films and some of the most well-known films of her are Prayanam, Mr Rascal, and Oosaravelli. When it comes to Bollywood, she’s been a part of the comedy flick titled ‘Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi’ alongside the late Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal. Given her experience in both the South industry as well as Bollywood, when we at IWMBuzz asked her the difference between the two, she said and we quote,
“Well, having worked in both the industries, I can truly say that we at Bollywood can learn a lot from the South industry. I feel the South industry is much more disciplined, overall. The work and personal life balance are a lot better there down South compared to here in Mumbai because people work by following the clock and are extremely punctual and professional. I am not saying that we at Bollywood aren’t good. I just feel with respect to overall discipline, we can learn a thing or two from the South and I say this in a very positive way for the betterment of everyone.”
