Senior actress Vaishnavi MacDonald, who has been in the industry for over two decades, has featured in successful TV shows Dil Se Dil Tak, Meet, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, Banni Chow Home Delivery and more. She was supposed to be a part of the main cast of Zee TV’s upcoming show Dilo Ki Ram Leela, produced by Cockrow and Shaika Entertainment. However, she is no longer a part of the show. The actress is presently busy working on her new podcast show, Vishwas Ki Shakti – The Unseen Heroes With Vaishnavi.
We talked to the senior actor about Dilo Ki Ram Leela, starring Mishkat Varma and Aastha Sharma, who said, “It was on mutual grounds that we decided that I would not be a part of the Zee TV show. There were a few creative differences; we worked it out on friendly terms.” For the uninitiated, the role will now be carried out by actress Manasi Salvi, who was last seen in Mahadev & Sons.
As for Vaishnavi, she is upbeat about the launch of her podcast show, Vishwas Ki Shakti, in August. This will be a new feather in her cap, with her talking to the unseen and unheard heroes, through her show. Also, she is looking for her next exciting work, and opines that she is open to offers from TV and web.
Being a multifaceted personality, Vaishnavi recently wrote her fourth book, which is titled ‘The Waves That Met The Seashore’, a romantic saga.
