Sumedh Mudgalkar was caught kissing Kartikey Malviya’s hands recently. The video got viral from an online fan page of the actor on Instagram, and fans can’t stop wondering why the two are kissing each other’s hands!

However, in the video, we can see that the boys are hiding something from Mallika Singh, and Mudgalkar has also urged his fans to not disclose it to Mallika Singh.
