Toral Rasputra, the talented senior actress, who entertained us all in Molkki and Balika Vadhu, is currently seen as Vinta in Sony SAB’s newly launched show Dharm Yoddha Garud. Talking about her project and character, she said, “No one has ever shed light about Garud, as a mythological character before on Television. Hence for the audience, for the first time ever, they will get to hear unknown tales of the almighty Garud. I also learnt about Garud via this show. Vinta’s struggle is Garud’s pain. That is how deep a bond they share. Although Vinta seems to have accepted her cursed fate, Garud leaves no stones unturned to change that and give her the life she deserves. Being learned and intelligent herself, she prepares Garud for the world and gives him the gift of knowledge and a sense of direction. With Vinta by his side, Garud goes on to achieve the impossible. I am very excited about the show and looking forward to it.”

When asked about her experience shooting on chroma, she added, “They have used unreal technology on the set, we are doing live tracking which has never happened before in Indian television. Every day we learn new things so it is exciting. Also along with learning, it is also very challenging. I feel as an actor it is a very big thing to work on chroma screens. Working in a mythology show is very difficult as you have to imagine things and perform.”

Finally, she commented on her bond with on-screen co-actors. “I share a good bond with Parul and my other co-stars. Parul Chauhann and I are on-screen enemies but off-screen friends. I always prefer that some sort of natural chemistry should always be there between everyone and that is there. I am very lucky that the audience has been a constant support to me all these years. Now, I would urge the audience to shower all their love, support, and blessings on this show too,” ended Toral.
