Bhojpuri star Aditya Ojha, who made his TV debut with Namak Issk Ka on Colors TV, is glad to be a part of the industry now.

He says, “I was very excited to debut on Indian TV. When I was offered the show, I was happy but I was on cloud nine when I heard the script. I was always determined to dabble into television with a character that is not only remarkable, but it will also leave an everlasting impact on the audience. The show has fulfilled that desire of mine. In various TV shows and films, we have seen that a character from UP or Bihar is always the one who wears a kurta and eat pan. Now, in today’s time, the UP, Bihar boys are literate and they talk really well. I believe that this character was made for me as I am like Yug in real life. There are a lot of similarities. It was easy for me to play the role.”

Talking about his working experience with Monalisa and Shruti Sharma, he shares, “Shruti is very humble and dedicated towards her work. We get along really well. I have worked with Monalisa earlier so it was like a homecoming for us. The entire team is amazing so the experience has been fabulous.”

Commenting on working in both Bhojpuri and Hindi industries, he adds, “There is a vast budget difference that we have in both industries. We work on a small budget in the Bhojpuri industry, on the other hand, here there are big-budget projects. In the Bhojpuri industry, we do loud acting here it is very subtle.”

Good luck Aditya!
