Actor Abhishek Bajaj has finally broken his silence after being evicted from Bigg Boss 19, calling his exit “unexpected and politically timed.” In an exclusive chat, he revealed how fellow contestant Pranit More’s decision played a major role in his elimination. He addressed his much-publicized rift with Amaal Mallik, as well as the ongoing controversies involving Farhana Bhatt and Tanya Mittal.
According to Abhishek, the twist came when Pranit More was given the power to save one of the three nominees—Abhishek, Neelam Giri, or Ashnoor Kaur. “Pranit chose Ashnoor, and I was left out. That’s when I realized how alliances shift inside that house,” he said. He described the move as “strategic rather than fair,” adding that his straightforward gameplay may have worked against him.
The actor also spoke candidly about his strained relationship with Amaal Mallik, which became one of the major talking points of the season. “Amaal and I had mutual respect in the beginning, but the captaincy task changed everything. I refused to follow his orders blindly, and from that point, things got personal,” Abhishek shared. He believes that the intense on-camera confrontation during the task contributed to his image as a “troublemaker.”
Addressing the Farhana Bhatt and Tanya Mittal controversies, Abhishek admitted that minor disagreements spiraled out of control. “The fight with Farhana over chores was blown out of proportion. As for Tanya, there was too much gossip linking her to Amaal, and I somehow got dragged into it,” he said, clarifying that there was no personal animosity on his part.
Despite the unexpected eviction, Abhishek remains positive. “I played honestly and with heart. Maybe the timing wasn’t in my favor, but I’ll take the experience as a lesson,” he concluded. Calling his journey “unfinished but fulfilling,” Abhishek Bajaj hinted that he isn’t done with Bigg Boss just yet — suggesting a potential comeback or wildcard twist in the weeks ahead.
