Television actress Dipika Kakar has been staying strong and fighting with her liver cancer. However, amidst her live cancer treatment and recovery, the actress has now hit with another health scare as she developed a small 13 mm cyst in her stomach.
In the latest vlog on Shoaib’s YouTube channel, the couple shares details about the actress’s new health scare. Dipika shared about visiting the hospital on February 21 after experiencing stomach pain. Shoaib shared about Dipika experiencing stomach pain for the last two days, which got worse at night, and they visited the doctor. As the doctor advised, they underwent a CT scan, which showed a 13 mm cyst.
However, Dipika shared that the doctor said the cyst wasn’t the cause of the stomach pain she experienced. While Shoiab shared that all the reports came in normal, since it’s at a normal level, nothing is alarming.
Opening up on the treatment of the cyst, Shoaib shared living in fear after the actress underwent surgery for her liver cancer, and about the diagnosis of cyst, he said, “The doctors decided to treat it, but there won’t be any major surgery. They will perform a small procedure to burn the cyst. She will need to be admitted for three to four days, and the procedure is scheduled for Tuesday (February 24).”
The actor also reflected on how life changes suddenly, as they were laughing and joking just yesterday, but now they are back at the hospital. However, they expressed their gratitude because they found the problem at an early stage, which makes it easier to treat now; otherwise, things would have been more serious.
