Well-known celebrity couple Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain are in headlines again, but this time for all the wrong reasons. The couple, who were celebrating their 4th wedding anniversary on December 14, was hit with a major controversy after news of their family getting into trouble surfaced online.
According to reports, the Chhattisgarh State GST department raided several locations linked to Vicky Jain’s family business. The big operation was carried out against the companies involved in the cool business, which is reportedly linked to Vicky Jain’s family in Bilaspur. The action was initiated by State GST secretary Mukesh Bansal.
After several search operations, which began on December 12 and continued till late at night, during the investigation, searches were conducted at Mahavir Coal Washery, Feel Coal, and Paras Coal & Beneficiation. Also, offices, residential premises, washeries, and industrial plants were covered. The officials surrendered around 27.5 crore total at the end, and all this after a GST official suspected manipulation in the tax input.
