The BARC India Ratings released today, 2 April 2026, for Week 12, sees Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (Star Plus) emerging as the No 1 show with 2.0 TVR. Tumm Se Tumm Tak, the Zee TV show, edges past other competitors this week, to take the No 2 spot with a TVR of 1.9. Shows Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hai (Star Plus), Anupamaa (Star Plus) and Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan (Zee TV) stay tied with a TVR of 1.8 at the No 3 spot. Zee TV’s Vasudha is the next with a TVR of 1.7.
Naagin 7 (Colors TV) drops yet again and secures a TVR of 1.6. Star Plus shows Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Udne Ki Aasha and the Colors TV show Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment Season 3, along with the Sony SAB show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, get a TVR of 1.5. Zee TV shows Jagadhatri and Lakshmi Niwas stay strong with a TVR of 1.4.
Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki (Colors TV), Dr Aarambhi (Colors TV), Mr & Mrs Parshuram (Star Plus) stay joint with a TVR of 1.3. Colors TV shows Mangal Lakshmi, Tu Juliet Jatt Di and Mahadev & Sons and the Star Plus show Aarti Anjali Awasthi have a TVR of 1.1. Star Plus’ Jhanak, Colors TV’s Do Duniya Ek Dil are next with a TVR of 1.0. Star Plus’ Taara drops to a TVR of 0.8.
Overall, it is healthy competition at the top, but Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi manages to thrive and hold on to the No 1 spot. Naagin 7 needs to improve and surge ahead. Shows Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Udne Ki Aasha, Mangal Lakshmi, Mahadev & Sons, Advocate Anjali Awasthi have lately seen a huge impact owing to other shows doing well at their respective time slots. Colors TV shows Do Duniya Ek Dil and Seher Hone Ko Hai need to push ahead, while Star Plus’ Taara needs to get better. The same is with Zee TV’s Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile.
