The year 2026 comes with its own ups and downs with respect to TV shows. There has been stiff competition at the top, with many shows having an upward swing in terms of ratings. The BARC India Ratings released today, 5 February 2026, of Week 4 look like this!! Naagin 7 (Colors TV), which was the table-topper last week, drops in its ratings this week. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (Star Plus) and Anupamaa (Star Plus) are back at the top with a joint TVR of 2.2. Naagin takes the second place with a TVR of 2.1.
Zee TV’s Tumm Se Tumm Tak gets a TVR of 1.9. Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment S3 (Colors TV) sees a rise and gets a TVR of 1.9. Zee TV’s Vasudha and Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan are next with a TVR of 1.8. Udne Ki Aasha (Star Plus) gets a TVR of 1.7 and 1.5. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus) drops again to get a TVR of 1.6. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony SAB) also gets a TVR of 1.6. Jagadhatri (Zee TV) drops from 1.6 to 1.5 this week.
Colors TV’s new show Dr Aarambhi opens well at a TVR of 1.5. Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki (Colors TV) gets a TVR of 1.4, while Lakshmi Niwas (Zee TV) pushes ahead with a TVR of 1.4. Mangal Lakshmi and Tu Juliet Jatt Di (Colors TV) stay joint with a TVR of 1.4. Colors TV shows Mangal Lakshmi Lakshmi Ka Safar and Mahadev & Sons have a TVR of 1.2, while Aarti Anjali Awasthi and Jhanak also get a TVR of 1.2.
Colors TV’s Seher Hone Ko Hai gets a TVR of 1.1, and so does Zee TV’s Saru. Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile (Zee TV) gets a TVR of 1.0.
Sony Entertainment Television’s new show Wheel of Fortune opens at a TVR of 0.7. Tod Kar Dil Mera (Star Plus) drops further to 0.7.
Overall, while Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Anupamaa and Naagin 7 battle it out for the top spot, Tumm Se Tumm Tak’s huge Kashmir love confession sequence fails to garner bigger numbers, with the show ranking 1.9 TVR. The channel must have expected to break into the 2.0 TVR with this sequence, which did not happen. Vasudha and Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan continue to be a threat. Dr Aarambhi opens well, and Lakshmi Niwas picks up at the same time slot. This is visible in the dropped numbers of Aarti Anjali Awasthi at the same time slot. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai needs to pick up to face competition from Vasudha, which has been more consistent. Also, Mahadev & Sons does not make it easy for Vasudha and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai at the same time slot. The reality show Wheel of Fortune gets a very average response, and things do not work better for Tod Kar Mera Dil.
