Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw over the last week engaging drama with the Kapadias inviting Shahs for Ganesh Chaturthi. Anupamaa motivated Anuj into making the idol of Ganpati with his own hands. Though tough, Anuj managed to make one. During the puja, Kinjal developed labour pain and was rushed to the hospital. While Anupamaa had to leave with the Shahs, Anuj felt helpless as he was bound to his wheelchair. At the hospital, the Shahs were elated with Kinjal delivering a baby girl. However, Paritosh’s absence was painful for the family to digest. Anupamaa and Vanraj shared this news with Anuj who was equally happy. However, Anuj started showing signs of getting angry and losing his temper for nothing at all. Meanwhile, Rakhi who came to the hospital to meet her daughter and granddaughter appeared dejected and angry at Paritosh. Later Rakhi confronted Paritosh, and that was when the truth came out about Paritosh having a fling with another girl. He confessed to spending a night with a girl at a hotel in Rajkot. This shattered Rakhi from within.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw both Abhimanyu and Akshara travelling to Jaipur. Abhimanyu intended to nab Kairav and teach him and Akshara a lesson. On the other hand, Akshara planned to meet Abhimanyu and tell him what forced her to move away from him. The two of them had many hit-and-miss moments, both at the airport and at a temple. The temple sequence was intriguing as Neel and Shefali lost possession of their kid Shivansh at the temple. Shivansh thankfully was taken by Akshara and looked after carefully. Abhimanyu was on the lookout for Shivu. Akshara bonded well with the kid. While Shivu was given to Abhimanyu, Akshara and Abhimanyu failed to meet there too. A huge rift erupted again between the Birlas and the Goenkas in which Manish blamed Abhi as an irresponsible husband who failed to care for his wife.
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms saw Arjun getting a doubt over Prithvi knowing of the fact that he had hired Raja to kill Rishabh. Later, Arjun was invited by Rakhi for Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at the Luthra house. She forced Arjun to attend the same. Prithvi wanted to spy on Arjun. When he got to know that Arjun was at the Luthra house for the puja, Prithvi went to the Luthra house. Prithvi was shocked to know that Rishabh planned to make a business collaboration with Arjun. The narrative also saw Preeta and Arjun’s cute banter wherein he tried to touch her. Preeta got a doubt when Arjun asked her not to call him by his last name. Arjun got jealous when Preeta saved Rishabh from falling and held him in her arms.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB show produced by Neela Telefilms saw the Gokuldham Society rejoicing with the news of Jethalal going to the USA. Nattu Khakha and Bagha put up Jetha’s hoardings all over, announcing to the world about Jetha’s travel plan. Jetha was upset about it and argued with them for doing so. Later, Jetha checked on the suits stitched for his travel. He packed his bags and was ready to take the next day’s flight. All the Gokuldham inmates paid him a visit and gave him food and other needs for his travel. Popatlal wanted Jetha to carry along his biodata and profile and give it to the American Marriage Bureau. Popaltal got upset when Jetha refused to carry that. However, Jetha agreed to carry Babita’s parcel to her friend in America. This irked Popatlal. Popatlal was asked to make a pdf of all his content so that it became easier for Jetha to carry. The Gokuldham residents decided to take care of Bapuji by taking turns in the absence of Jetha. Bapuji felt lonely when Jetha left for the USA. Bapuji gave all a shock by telling that he was not able to hear anything. Hathi wanted to check Bapuji for his hearing problem.
Udaariyaan, the Colors show produced by Dreamiyata Entertainment saw over the last week Rupi meeting Jasmine and Naaz. He was shocked to know about her situation and promised to help them with a house and all their needs. However, he refused to take her home. Jasmine started her life on a new note with Naaz. Naaz was happy that Jasmine was giving her all that she needed. Jasmine decided to enrol Naaz at the same school where Nehmat studied. However, Rupi got angry when he got to know this. But Jasmine promised to stay away from Fateh and Tejo’s lives. But destiny brought together Naaz and Nehmat as they met and gelled big time. In a quick time, they got to become close friends. Nehmat talked a lot about Naaz which prompted Tejo to meet them at their home. Jasmine locked herself inside the washroom when she saw Tejo at her place. She called her father and told him about the scenario. Rupi called Tejo and faked illness which forced Tejo to move out of Naaz’s house. Rupi was angry with Jasmine and ordered that she and Naaz move out of Moga and settle in Chandigarh. On the other hand, Shaily saw Jasmine at the market and told her family about it. She also told the Virks about seeing Jasmine, which they did not believe.
Meet, the Zee TV show produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions saw Meet Hooda opening up about the fact that Meet Ahlawat had two wives. This shocked Neelam. Neelam went into her room and tried to commit suicide. However, Meet Hooda saved her from killing herself. Meet Hooda sympathized with Neelam and signed on the divorce papers. She left the family with teary eyes. Rajvardhan got shock when he saw Neelam as Meet Ahlawat’s wife and Meet Hooda leaving the house. He cut all ties with Meet Ahlawat and even slapped him. He called Meet Hooda his beta bahu. Rajvardhan decided to make Meet Hooda the head of four of his companies. However, Meet Ahlawat objected to it and held a grudge against Meet Hooda for getting his father against him.
