Akanksha Chamola, a well-known television actress, came to the limelight after entering the Bigg Boss 19 house to meet her husband, Gaurav Khanna, who was a participant and went on to win the show. And good things came with negativity when Gaurav and Akanksha both discussed their opinions on having a child. Akanksha was trolled for not wanting to have a child, and if that wasn’t enough, she was trolled for dancing at parties, and the newest target is her on-screen performance in the Dil Dhokha Aur Desire web series.
Co-star Kunwar Amar, with whom the actress was paired in the web series, reacted to the trolls targeting the actress and online hatred in a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan. Kunwar emphasized that narratives are twisted, giving the example of being asked about his experience working with his friend Gaurav Khanna’s wife, Akanksha Chamola. He pointed out that a person has their own identity, but people twist things.
Kunwar shared his disappointment, questioning how people can judge a person like this, while Siddharth Kannan highlighted that he has met Akanksha and she is different, while Gaurav allows her to be herself, which is a good thing, but people judge that because she is a certain way, she doesn’t want to have kids, etc. Adding to this, Kunwar acknowledged that there are people who post content to earn, and if needed, they will not come forward for help.
Reacting to the trolls targeting Akanksha Chamola, the actor Kunwar said, “Because she is a very good friend of mine and now we have worked together, and also as a woman, I felt this is absolutely bizarre and wrong.” He shared that he had just come online to express his anger, but he realised it is important to make people understand rather than getting angry.
Kunwar also acknowledged that the moments from their song launch werewere edited differently, making it look like Ali Hassan manhandled Akanksha. He slammed the edits and expressed his shock, requesting that proper research be conducted before making such big claims.
