A seasoned actor practitioner of Ayurveda, Dr. Ved Thapar played the protagonist in the hugely popular Raja aur Rancho and a pivotal roles shows like Parampara, Amanat and Bhaage Re Mann Maharana Jai Ganesh. Also having a tryst with Bollywood, Dr. Ved was seen in films like Hathyar, Dacait, Love Love Love and few others.
The actor will now be seen in an interesting makeover playing Guruji in Juhi Parmar and Manish Goel starrer Tantra on Colors that revolves around a family that has been a subject to black magic and it highlights about the wrong practices prevalent in rural as well as urban areas.
Brought in the show for a brief period that will make major twists and turns, an excited Dr. Ved shares, “This is my first association with Swastik Production and Siddharth Tiwary. It sure is a brief but an exciting role as I will play a Guruji trying to help the housemates and reinstate their faith in the power of the good energies & how to beat the evil. What I love the most about working with this fantastic & enthusiastic team is that they don’t take their actors for granted. This is satisfying work.”
