Versatile actor Aabhaas Mehta, known for his portrayals in shows Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?, Lakshmi Narayan – Sukh Samarthya Santulan, Mahakali – Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, and more, will soon enter the Sony SAB mythological show, Hastinapur Ke Veer. Produced by Peninsula Pictures, the show presently dwells on the learnings of the princes of Hastinapur – Pandavas and Kauravas, under the able guidance of Guru Dronacharya. The recent episodes have also seen Ekalavya trying his best to join the gurukul of the learned Guru to better his craftsmanship. The ongoing track shows the struggles of the princes as they learn the skill sets of warriors, the discipline and patience required through their perseverance and efforts.
The upcoming track will introduce Jarasandha, the powerful king of Magadha. He had a conflict with Lord Krishna, who ultimately engineered his defeat at the hands of Bhima through a decisive wrestling duel.
Entering the show will be actor Aabhaas Mehta as Jarasandha.
We buzzed Aabhaas, but did not get through to him.
We reached out to the Producer and the channel spokesperson, but did not get a response till we filed the story.
Sony SAB’s Hastinapur Ke Veer explores the childhood journey of the Pandavas and Kauravas, where friendships and family bonds begin to change as the young princes grow up. As emotions and misunderstandings come in the way of close friendships, Ashwathama and Arjun find themselves at a turning point.
