Ashnoor Kaur has been making headlines since her entry in Bigg Boss 19. However, she was evicted from the show abruptly after the incident of her hitting co-contestant Tanya Mittal. Ashnoor was shown the exit door for breaking the most important rule: ‘no physical violence’. Also, Salman scolded her for not apologizing to Tanya until the host addressed the issue. In an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz, the actress clarified her side, stating that she didn’t know Tanya was hurt.

In an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz journalist Sweta Gupta, when asked, the actress said that, as an audience, they also felt that Ashnoor could have asked Tanya once whether she got hurt. Explaining her side, Ashnoor said, “See, honestly, I feel the way Tanya has always been, you know, you might have heard, ‘Sher aya sher aya aur fir sher aa gaya to kisine kuch nhi kiya’. So from the start, Tanya has made things overdramatize, she acts, and she becomes fake, and she says stuff elaborating it so you don’t trust her.”

Clarifying her point, she added, “I even said it on Weekend Ka Vaar that I was genuinely thinking that she is acting, and even Salman sir mentioned that she does acting, so you might have felt. So that’s what I had in my mind. Because the way she got hurt, so obviously in the heat of the moment, I didn’t realise whether she got hurt or not because I was throwing the plank down. It was very heavy on my shoulder, and you can even see in the video that I was bending, and my eyes were down, so it was never directed at Tanya. And later, after two minutes, she is laughing and smiling, knowing that if she had gotten hurt, she would have made a scene. So I genuinely didn’t know Tanya was hurt until Weekend Ka Vaar.”

Ashnoor also shared that even on Weekend Ka Vaar, she found out that Tanya was hurt, and Gaurav Khanna gave her a roll on, and I didn’t have a clue about that. She highlighted that if she had known, she would have gone to Tanya and asked her. She also mentioned that she has been empathetic toward everyone, including Tanya, Farrhana, and Malti.
