Bigg Boss is a highly successful reality show format that has been adapted in various languages across India. The Hindi version, hosted by Salman Khan and broadcast on Colors TV, has gained immense popularity. Additionally, the show has made its mark in several regional languages, including Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, and Malayalam. Mohanlal, a prominent figure in Malayalam cinema, recently hosted Bigg Boss Malayalam. Presently, Bigg Boss Marathi is on air, which is hosted by the popular celebrity, Riteish Deshmukh.
Now, the stage is set for Bigg Boss Bangla to make its presence felt. Talks for the same have been happening over the last few months. IWMBuzz.com had earlier written about work being in progress to lock the host of Bigg Boss Bangla’s next season. Now, we have sure-shot information that Sourav Ganguly has been locked as the host for Bigg Boss Bangla’s next season. The show has had its earlier seasons in the years 2013 and 2016.
Also, a little birdie told us, “The process of choosing the contestants is presently on. It is now certain that Sourav Ganguly will host the newest edition. The show will air on Star Jalsha in November 2026.”
We buzzed the concerned representative from the channel but did not get through to him.
