Tose Naina Milaike, the much-acclaimed show that did really well for the channel Dangal TV in its first edition, returned with a new season recently. Tose Naina Milaike 2 initially had Karan Khandelwal and Simran Singh in the lead roles. However, the show produced by Cockrow and Shaika Entertainment saw a big change with Vishal Gandhi and Supriya Kumari, coming in as the leads after their successful venture as a pair in the first season.
However, the news that we have heard at IWMBuzz.com is that Tose Naina Milaike 2 will end soon.
A little birdie tells us, “The cast and crew have been informed about the ending. Unfortunately, the show did not rake in the expected views on YouTube, which is mandatory on Dangal TV.”
We hear further that Tose Naina Milaike 2’s last episode will be aired around the second week of May.”
This is unfortunate as the lead pair of Vishal Gandhi and Supriya Kumari were hardly given any time to help in the show’s growth. Yet again, it is the total number of views on YouTube for a particular show that has been the reason for a show’s closure. Earlier, Jhallee shut down with a TVR of 1.2, as the views of YouTube were poor.
We buzzed the Producer and the channel spokesperson, but did not get a response till we filed the story.
