New show Jagadhatri has finally launched after days of waiting, and fans are enjoying every bit of it. And this show turns out to be special for Farman Haider as he gets to be a cop, which was his childhood dream. And in an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz, the actor got real about the cop avatar and expressed his feelings.

In an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz journalist Sweta Gupta, when asked about his feelings playing a cop in the new show Jagadhatri and how he is enjoying different characters, Farman said, “I’m enjoying very much, and it’s a journey. Like a boy who left his family, house, and people and shifted to Mayanagri Mumbai, the financial capital of India, and didn’t know anyone here. And by God’s grace, this is my sixth show.”

Further Farman highlights, “Sometimes I played the role of business tycoon, a one side lover, doctor and etc, and as an actor I’m really grateful and I’m feeling really blessed that I have got the opportunity to play different characters and roles and I’m very grateful to play an undercover agent, an IPS officer that I dreamed to be in my childhood, but couldn’t be and I got the opportunity to play that character.”

He added, “With the courtesy that you are with a woman and you do so much for her, and becoming her support system, just as shown in the promo.”

Jagadhatri is a Zee TV show produced by Rahul Tewary. The show stars Sonakshi Batra and Yesha Harsora in the central roles, apart from Farman Haider. The show premiered on November 10.
