Exclusive: Jatin Shah replaces Vineet Kumar Chaudhary in Kumkum Bhagya

Actor Jatin Shah will join the cast of Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya to play the role of Gautam Thapar.

Kumkum Bhagya the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms has been showing up some engaging drama with Abhi (Shabir Ahluwalia) and Pragya’s (Sriti Jha) lives getting entangled once again.

Well, amid the long-lasting love tale of Abhi and Pragya, the fact now is that Gautam Thapar has fallen in love with Pragya and wants to marry her.

Actor Vineet Kumar Chaudhary who was playing the role of the negative-minded Gautam, who wants to stop the entry of Abhi into Pragya’s life, has apparently quit the show.

Coming in will be seasoned actor Jatin Shah. Jatin who has been a Balaji loyalist for years, was last seen in Pavitra Bhagya, Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega and Hamariwali Good News.

As per a reliable source, “Jatin Shah will step in to play the negative role of Gautam now.”

As for Vineet, we hear that he has left the show after a mutual consensus with the makers.

We buzzed Jatin but did not get through to him. Our efforts to reach Vineet also proved futile.

We touched base with the channel spokesperson but did not get any response till we filed the story.
