Manoj Chandila, who is known for his grey-shaded and antagonistic roles on TV, is ready for his next, that of the role of Lalit, Sriti Jha’s onscreen husband in Star Plus and Prateek Sharma’s Studio LSD show, O Humnava Tum Dena Saath Mera.
Yes, Lalit has been introduced in the narrative as an aggressive, ruthless and abusive husband of the protagonist, Aparajita (Sriti Jha). After facing never-ending torture in her marriage and going through a phase where she tried her best to save her marriage, Aparajita has now decided to move on and start afresh.
However, Lalit has other ideas and is seen stalking Aparajita. He was seen at the railway station, where his presumable presence scared Aparajita from within.
Manoj Chandila, who is known for his antagonistic roles in shows like Ikk Kudi Punjab Di, Devanshi, Bepannah Pyaar, Teri Meri Doriyaann, etc, promises to take his negative shade to the next level with this new character.
We hear that Manoj is geared up for this new avatar, wherein he will unleash the negative side of the character to the hilt.
We buzzed Manoj, and he told us, “I’m honoured to have been given this role by my beautiful producer and brother, Prateek Sharma. Of all the negative roles I have played, I’ll try to make you hate Lalit even more than you did my previous ones. That’s my duty for the role as an actor. We will give you the villain & the entertainment you crave & miss on TV.”
