Ekta Kapoor’s fairy-tale, on the lines of Beauty and the Beast which will soon mark its launch on Colors, will be the next big fiction launch on the weekend band. Colors is also looking forward to the launch of the Yash Patnaik produced weekly show Ishq Mein Ghayal which will be the supernatural love story set up in the ambience of vampires and werewolves.
Balaji Telefilms’ Beauty and the Beast will see the return of popular actor Kushal Tandon to TV fiction after a long hiatus. Sirf Tum fame Eisha Singh has been roped in to play the lead in the show.
We at IWMBuzz.com have learnt that popular actress Monalisa who has featured in TV shows like Nazar, Namak Issk Ka and the ongoing Favvara Chowk: Indore Ki Shaan has bagged a meaty role in the TV show.
As per a reliable source, “Monalisa will play a very integral part in the show. She has been locked for the same.”
We buzzed Monalisa but did not get through to her for comments.
We reached out to the channel spokesperson but did not get revert till we filed the story.
