Exclusive: Newbie Vaibhavi Hankare to play the lead in Gul Khan’s next for Dangal

The upcoming Dangal show produced by Gul Khan will see Vaibhavi Hankare playing the lead role.

Gul Khan’s 4 Lions Films will come up with the Hindi remake of the popular Tamil serial Roja for Dangal.

Roja which aired on Sun TV, is the tale of an orphan girl who gets in touch with her biological father without them being aware of their relationship. It will also see Roja getting into a contractual wedding deal with her man, post which their love story will kickstart.

We at IWMBuzz.com earlier reported about actress Jaswinder Garnder playing a crucial role in the show.

News coming to us now is that rookie actress Vaibhavi Hankare who has been part of many commercial ads, and has been part of the movie, Traces of Sandalwood will play the titular role of Roja in the show. Vaibhavi has been a child actress with good exposure.

We buzzed Producer Gul Khan and the channel spokesperson but did not get revert.
