Senior actress Prachee Pathak, known for her versatile on-screen image and popular portrayals in TV shows Udann, Afsar Bitiya, Naagin 3, Mast Mauli, etc., will soon enter the Star Plus show Udne Ki Aasha. Produced by Rolling Tales Production and Rahul Tewary Production, the show recently reached the milestone of 900 episodes.
As we know, the show is presently poised for a new twist, with Sailee (Neha Harsora) unearthing the truth about her son being alive. The present story track is focused on Sailee and Sachin (Kanwar Dhillon) getting back to the Deshmukh house. While Sailee gets close to finding out the truth about her son, she also fears losing her daughter, Pankhuri, as Arun returns with suspicion and threat.
At this juncture, Prachee Pathak will enter the show in the role of a Parsi woman.
A little birdie tells us, “She will play a negative role and will be instrumental in bringing the new twist in the show.”
We buzzed Prachee but did not get through to her.
We reached out to the channel spokesperson and the Producer but did not get a response till we filed the story.
Set in a Marathi backdrop, Star Plus shows Udne Ki Aasha to depict a wife’s roadblock in the form of a non-cooperative husband, and her challenge to make him transform for the sake of her and the family’s progress. Kanwar Dhillon essays the character of Sachin, who is a taxi driver and earns his livelihood from it. At the same time, Neha Harsora portrays the role of Sailee, a florist who dabbles in various small businesses and makes a living out of her other chores, in the show Udne Ki Aasha.
