Senior actor Rishabh Shukla, who is even today known for his portrayal in BR Chopra’s Mahabharat, in the role of Raja Shantanu, will soon enter the Colors TV and Rajshri Productions’ show, Manpasand Ki Shaadi. The show, as of now, has seen the death of Kailashnath Dewan, father of Abhishek Dewan. The turnaround has seen a change in Abhishek as he embraced all the rules and conservative ideologies followed by his father, which resulted in him throwing Aarohi (Esha Suryawanshi) out of the house.

Now, we hear of senior actor Rishabh Shukla entering the show in a vital role.
As per a reliable source, “He will play the father of the new girl, played by Aditi Shetty.”
We buzzed the channel spokesperson but did not get a response till we filed the story.
This Colors TV show, coming from Rajshri Productions, depicts a new-age love story wherein the girl finds her suitor, as per her choice. The concept shows the evolution of minds when it comes to marriage, where options like love marriage and arranged marriage are not considered by the youth in today’s time. Instead, they prefer to choose their ‘manpasand’ soulmate. The show had newcomers Akshun Mahajan and Esha Suryawanshi, in lead roles. However, Akkshith Sukhija replaced Akshun Mahajan later on.
