Talented actress and TV presenter, Shruti Seth, who is remembered for her role in the popular sitcom Shararat, is in all likelihood returning to TV. She is presently in talks for an upcoming Colors TV show, the concept of which has been kept under wraps.
Yes, we at IWMBuzz.com recently wrote about Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’s Pari, Shagun Sharma, being in advanced talks to play the female lead in the project. The fact that she will feature in the much-awaited new edition of Khatron Ke Khiladi on the channel gives her a bright chance to bag the role on Colors TV. Now, we at IWMBuzz.com hear that Shruti Seth is another versatile actor who is in talks for a crucial role in the project. Shruti, who has been a mindfulness coach presently, has notable projects like Comedy Circus, Slumdog Millionaire, Ta Ra Rum Pum, etc, to her credit.
We buzzed Shruti, and she told us, “In the midst of discussions for the show. Can talk about it only when confirmed.”
We reached out to the channel spokesperson but did not get a response till we filed the story.
Colors TV recently launched the unique concept of an autistic girl, Juhi Mui. The channel also has the show Shayad Yahi Hai Pyaar, which is the love story of a much-elder woman with a young boy. It will be interesting to see what this highly confidential concept is all about.
