The finale of the Kiccha Sudeep-hosted show took place on Sunday, January 18, with Gilli emerging as the winner after defeating the top six. His victory felt personal for many, who had predicted the outcome before the official announcement, owing to his impactful journey throughout the season.
As Gilli turned out to be the winner of Bigg Boss Kannada 12, Rakshita Shetty, who was in the top two with Gilli, emerged as the first runner-up. Interestingly, the winner and first runner-up both received cash rewards for their first- and second-place finishes in the game.
As per the reports, Gilli Nata won the cash prize of a whopping 50 lakh, and along with that, he also took home a brand new Maruti Suzuki Victoris. At the same time, Rakshita Shetty, in the 2nd spot, won a cash prize of 25 lakh.
