Ladies Special the yesteryear cult show produced by Optimystix will soon be back on Sony TV with a new season.
Noted Marathi actress Girija Oak who has been part of the movie Taare Zameen Par will be part of the series.
Yes, you heard it right!!
News coming in is that she will be part of the Marathi family and will be one of the leads in the show.
We buzzed Girija, but could not get through to her.
She has been part of the best of Marathi movies like Goshta Choti Dongraevadhi, Gulmohar, Huppa Huiyya etc.
We reached out to Producer Vipul Shah and channel spokesperson, but did not get revert.
As we know, actors Neena Gupta, Shilpa Tulaskar, Ashita Dhawan, Payel Sarkar played leads of the cult show when it aired earlier. The concept was very well-accepted for its realistic story telling.
