Zee TV’s one of the longest-running shows, Kumkum Bhagya, has wrapped its shoot for the last episode. Yesterday, the news broke of the show shooting the finale episode on September 4. Produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, the show won hearts with Pranali Rathod and Namik Paul leading the fourth generation. And the viral updates about the show bring joy to Kumkum Bhagya fans as the show is set to end with a happy ending with Shivansh and Prarthana’s wedding, played by Namik Paul and Pranali Rathod.
Pranali Rathod on her Instagram story re-shared a story uploaded by the creative team of the show. The clip shows visuals of the last sequence where Shivansh fills Prarthana’s forehead with vermilion. As Prarthana and Shivansh look into each other’s eyes and smile, the moment becomes blissful. Lastly, Shivansh hugs Prarthana as they confess their feelings.
Pranali also shared a glimpse of her room and wrote, “Alvida”, in an emotional tone. Marking the day with good memories, she also enjoyed the last ice cream treat with fellow co-stars Honey Soni and Omna Harjani.
On the other hand, Namik Paul shared adorable glimpses behind the scenes from the last day. He posed with Pranali Rathod, Jayaa Bhattacharya, Megha Prasad, Omna Harjani, and Honey Soni. After 11 successful years, Kumkum Bhagya is set to go off-air on September 14, 2025.
