Good news for Hiba Nawab fans: The actress, last seen in the show Jhanak, which catapulted her to fame, is all set to return to the screens in a surprising avatar. Hiba is set to return to screens as the female lead in a new show for Star Plus, according to reports.
Also, the reports suggest that it will be a supernatural drama produced by Sobo Films. The makers have earlier given shows like Ek Mahanayak – Dr B R Ambedkar, Kashibai Bajirao Ballal, Raja Betaa, and others.
In addition, Hiba is in advanced talks for the show and is likely to be locked soon. While there is no confirmation on the same from the actor, a source close to the show told TOI, “It is a thriller, and Hiba is almost locked for the role of the protagonist. The show will feature two male leads, and we are in the process of finalising the cast soon, with an emphasis on strong performances and layered characters.”
