Such an incident happened with popular actress Kratika Sengar, who lost her beloved father-in-law, Pankaj Dheer. He was one of the most popular veteran stars, and his demise caused sadness in the industry. After days of his demise, the actress has now expressed her heartfelt emotions with a long paragraph.
On her social media, Kratika shared an adorable picture with the late actor and her father-in-law, Pankaj Dheer. In the photo, she is seen leaning on her father-in-law’s shoulder, highlighting their close bond and father-daughter love. However, in a long paragraph, she shared about her bond with the star, saying, “You never liked the word in-laws — you’d always say, ‘She’s my daughter,’ and that’s exactly how you treated me. You’d often ask with that familiar twinkle in your eyes, “Who’s the best girl in the world?” and I’d smile and say, “Mee!” I was always shy to say I love you dad, but you never stopped until I said it with ease — that was your way of wrapping me in love.”
Further, Kratika highlighted that she shared a bond like her real father with her father-in-law, Pankaj Dheer, and said, “You weren’t just my father-in-law; you were my Dad, my friend, my safe place. Pankaj Dheer died on October 15 after battling cancer. He was 68 years old at the time of his demise. Later, his cremation was done at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in the Vile Parle West area of Mumbai.
