The maker (Sphereorigins) of Sony Entertainment Television’s Peshwa Bajirao is gearing up for the biggest leap.
Indianwikimedia exclusively reported about Ishita Ganguly playing the lead role of Kashibai post the leap (read here Ishita Ganguly is the grown-up Kashi in Peshwa Bajirao). We also informed the audience about Rajeshwari Sachdev replacing Anuja Sathe (read here: ) and Manoj Chandila and Saurabh Gokhale portraying the characters of grownup Nasir and Chimaji Appa respectively. Now, we have learnt about more popular names joining the ensemble cast post the big jump.
Veteran actor Madan Joshi, who was last seen in Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, is roped in to play Maharaja Chhatrasal, Mastani’s father. While Chimaji’s first wife Rakhma’s character will be played by newbie Urvashi Sharma. Shakti fame Emir Shah will be Venkatrao (Baji’s sister Anubai’s husband), Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil actor Ankit Shah will be seen as Gotya (Baji’s bestfriend). Garima Dixit will play Gotya’s wife Namrata. Aryan Singh will enact the role of Holkar. Newbie actresses Rakshanda and Nivedita will play the role of Anubai and Chanda respectively.
