Actress Mahhi Vij last appeared in the show Seher Hone Ko Hai on Colors TV. After quitting the show, the diva recently appeared at Sony TV’s special game show Tum Ho Na with her father. During the fun game show, the actress called her father a real hero. And she and her father shared unknown facts about the actress’s life, highlighting how her father raised her alone and continued to support her after the divorce.
When asked about her father’s reaction to her personal life not going well after her divorce from her ex-husband, Jay Bhanushali, the actress shared, “I think he never questioned me on anything, and he said whatever decision I will make, he will be with me.”
Mahhi further emphasized, getting emotional, what it means for a child to have their parents’ support, “For a child, it is very important to know that if I fall, so to handle me, there is my family; I have my father.” The actress recalled how her father raised her when her mother was ill.
In contrast, when asked about his feelings upon first holding Mahhi in his arms, the actor’s father, Vinod, shared that her mother was ill when Mahhi was born. During that time, a lady in the neighborhood suggested that he give Mahhi to her, but he didn’t because he was sure he wouldn’t give her to anyone. Vinod also highlighted that when Mahhi was growing up, he used to take her to school and even bring her back when he had a holiday. He also revealed that there were many boys behind Mahhi, and he even beat around 80 to 90 of them at that time.
