Mahhi Vij needs no introduction! The renowned actress in the television world was on a long hiatus of almost nine years, and finally, with Colors TV’s new show, she marked her comeback in a powerful role. As she returns to the screens in a new avatar, delighting fans with her on-screen presence, the actress shared in her latest social post that she was praying for the chance and for this show.
Mahhi posted a bunch of photos on her Instagram handle, giving a glimpse of her new character, Kausar, in Seher Hone Ko Hai. Wearing Muslim attire with kajal eyes and the fragility of her character builds fans’ anticipation, leading them to wish to see her more.
However, Mahhi, in the long caption, penned her what does this new show mean to her, saying, “I prayed for this show. I prayed for the chance to step out again — to work, to meet new people, to show my art, my talent, and my true potential. I’ve always believed in karma, in doing good, in lifting others so life lifts you too. I believe in goodness, in humanity, and in creating a life my children will be proud of. One day, I want my kids to look back and say, ‘I’m proud of you, Mama’.”
Further, Mahhi shared, “As I step into this show, all I want is for people to feel my performance and say, ‘What an actress, what a moment.’ I’m living for that. Seher Hone Ko Hai is a Colors TV show produced by Richa Yamini’s Icecream Dreams and Aarambh Entertainment, starring Parth Samthaan and newbie Rishita Kothari in the lead roles. The show launched on December 2, 2025.
