Hina Khan, Karan Mehra, Mohsin Khan, and Shivangi Joshi – Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
When one of the most loved bahus of Indian television made an exit from the show, everyone was shocked. We are talking about Hina Khan. The actress, who played Akshara left her daily soap, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Post her exit, Akshara’s on-screen husband Naitik aka Karan Mehra also quit the show and participated in Bigg Boss 10. Although Hina and Karan quit, the show never failed to entertain audiences. Post Hina and Karan exit, Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi aka Kartik and Naira continued to charm viewers with their performances. Now, the show took a leap, and Shivangi and Mohsin also made an exit from the show. Well, Yeh Rishta is still continuing to entertain the masses.
Neha Mehta and Disha Vakani – Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah
Neha Mehta, who played the role of Taarak Mehta’s (Sailesh Lodha) wife Anjali in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is no longer part of the show. Sunayana Fozdar is playing the role. Neha was a part of the show for 12 years, since its inception. Neha did not resume the shoot of TMKOC after the lockdown as she had decided to leave the show. However, Sunayana is a perfect replacement and she has been entertaining as Anjali in the show. Also, the very famous Disha Vakani aka Dayaben has been missing from the show for quite some time now and there is no clarity when she will be back. Though she has not officially quit, her absence has not affected the show’s popularity.
Shikha Singh, Naina Singh – Kumkum Bhagya
Shikha Singh was seen portraying the role of Aaliya in the show, Kumkum Bhagya. The actress said that she was expecting to get back to work in January 2021. However, shoots resumed and the makers couldn’t wait for that long. Hence, actress Reyhna Malhotra stepped in as Aaliya in the show now. On the other hand, Naina Singh, who played Rhea in Kumkum Bhagya, quit her show. And she was replaced by Pooja Banerjee. Though Shikha and Naina bid adieu to the show the daily never failed to entertain and it continued to be the audience favorite.
Shilpa Shinde, Saumya Tandon – Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai
Shilpa Shinde, who tickled the audience’s funny bone with her character Angoori Bhabhi on Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai, shocked the masses with her decision to quit the popular show. Later, actress Saumya Tandon, who became popular as Gori Mem aka Anita Bhabhi in Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai, has also left the comedy show. Though both the lead actresses quit, the show continued to be the masses’ favorite.
Avneet Kaur – Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga
Avneet Kaur, who played the role of princess Yasmine in the show, Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga, quit the show on medical grounds. As soon as she left, Ashi Singh stepped into Avneet’s shoes. Avneet quitting the show was shocking for fans but the show continued to entertain the loyal fan base.
