The actress alleged that a man touched her during an argument and threw her phone twice after she objected to his behaviour.

According to Simran, the incident began when she had parked her car near a gate while waiting for her pani puri parcel. She said a watchman approached her and told her that she could not park there. Simran explained that she was only standing there temporarily and would move the car as soon as required, as her order was almost ready.

However, she alleged that the conversation quickly escalated when the watchman began speaking to her disrespectfully. Simran said that when she raised her voice and asked him not to speak to her in that manner, another man, seen in the video she shared, approached her aggressively.

In her social media post, Simran alleged that the man touched her and then threw her phone. She further claimed that despite repeatedly telling him not to touch her, he threw her phone away once again.

Simran also spoke about approaching the police following the incident. According to her account, she was told that she could not file a complaint because her phone had not been broken and there was no damage. She questioned that reasoning, stressing that the issue, according to her, was not limited to damage to her phone.

Simran’s post has since drawn attention online, with the actress using her experience to highlight a larger concern about personal boundaries and how women respond when faced with unwanted physical contact or intimidation in public spaces.

The incident, as described by Simran, has once again sparked conversation around women’s safety, consent and the importance of taking complaints seriously even when there is no visible property damage.
