Parth announced the good news of his new house in his hometown just the day after the 80th Independence Day on August 16, 2026, making the freedom celebration even more special with the big achievement.

While the actor bought the new house with his own hard-earned money, Parth credited the success to his biggest motivator—his mother. In her sweet caption, the star credited his mother for every success he had in his life.

In the shared video on social media, Parth gave fans a glimpse into his new abode. The actor, with his mother, showcased the new double-decker house with its plain walls, wooden flooring, huge balcony, and cozy corners. Though the interior is yet to be done, the space looked stunning.
