For Rubina, participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 was an emotional decision. As a mother to twin daughters, staying away from her children for the shoot in Cape Town was the most difficult part of the journey. She shared that every stunt she performed was dedicated to her daughters and her husband, Abhinav Shukla, who stayed back and took complete responsibility for the children. At the same time, she chased one of the toughest experiences of her career.
The actress revealed that whenever she stepped in to perform a stunt, she consciously disconnected herself from the outside world. She believed that complete focus was the only way to overcome fear and give her best, making every challenge a lesson in mental strength and determination.
Beyond the action and adrenaline, Rubina also cherished the quieter moments on the show. She spoke fondly about spending her free time with Jasmin Bhasin, with the two often unwinding through relaxing spa and healing sessions.
