Actress Samiksha Bhatnagar has joined the Star Plus show Anupamaa. The show starring Rupali Ganguly in the lead and produced by Rajan Shahi under the banner Director’s Kut Productions has kept fans on the edge with the ongoing sequences in the current track. And now the return of Shruti’s character will add more drama.
According to reports, actress Samiksha Bhatnagar has joined the show Anupamaa and will appear as Shruti. The character of Shruti was introduced earlier in 2024 as Anuj Kapadia’s fiancée, but earlier actress Sukirti Kandpal played the role, and now Samiksha will appear.
A recent promo of Anupama showed Anupama on one hand and Prem and Raahi on the other hand preparing to open their restaurant in Ahmedabad. However, someone, special Prem and Raahi mention as their everything, and Anupama thinks it’s about her, but it turns out to be a mysterious figure who meets Prem and Raahi, leaving Anupama shocked.
This hints at major drama and twists in the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, where Prem and Raahi are already upset with her, and they don’t wish to see her again. What comes next has built anticipation.
In contrast, talking about her role in a recent interview with TOI, Samiksha said, “It feels like I am on cloud nine. My film Shri Baba Neeb Karori Maharaj is releasing on April 24, and my television journey is beginning again at the same time. I also have a few exciting OTT projects lined up.”
