Popular TV actress Sayantani Ghosh, who returned to the TV screens with Zee TV’s new show Jagadhatri, couldn’t hold back her frustration and, in a social media post, addressed the pregnancy rumours, calling out the judgmental opinions women face and sarcastically taking a dig at assumptions.
On her Instagram handle, Sayantani posted photos of notes she had penned, expressing her frustration with the bold, clear caption: “My Body, My Life, My Choice.”
Firstly, the actress clarified she is not pregnant. Further revealed that in a recent interview, she was asked if she was pregnant. And all these speculations arose after she was spotted wearing loose, flowy outfits. She highlighted the sad reality and typical thinking, sarcastically calling out the women’s empowerment noise, and yet making judgments without fact-checking.
