Star Plus’ magnum presentation Aarambh, produced by Rose Audio Visual focuses on the big war between the Aryans and Dravidians.
The show has former Mr. India Rajneesh Duggal and South flame Karthika Nair in lead roles.
The story line of Aarambh will soon take a huge leap in time which will see the rebirth of the leads.
Once the reincarnation track will be in place, few new characters will be introduced in the story line.
Veteran and senior actor Shahbaaz Khan and actress Dolly Sohi have been roped in to play crucial roles in the next phase of the show.
As per sources, “Shahbaaz and Dolly will play a couple, and they will be shown as the parents of Rajneesh’s reincarnated avatar. As per reports in media, Roja fame Madhoo has been roped in for the show. She will be playing mother to Karthika in this phase of the story line.”
Shahbaaz will be seen in the avatar of an Aryan warrior, politician and senator. He will be a strong personality with grey shades. Dolly’s character will be of an ever-supporting mother.
When contacted, Shahbaaz Khan confirmed the news to IndianWikiMedia.com saying, “Yes, I am shooting for Aarambh. This is a game-changer of a show. It is great to shoot with Goldie Behl. He has a great vision. I am looking forward to this character of mine.”
Shahbaaz has had a long association with Star Plus having featured in earlier shows Mitwaa, Grihasti.
We buzzed Dolly, but could not get through to her. The actress was last seen in Zee TV’s Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.
