Saath Nibhaana Saaathiya 2 the Star Plus show produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions has been doing well on the number charts, with the gripping love story of Anant (Harsh Nagar) and Gehna (Sneha Jain) picking up pace.
However, a recent report on the shoot of the show being stalled owing to the pandemic scare left the fans of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya startled and stunned beyond words. The report had the quote of actress Akanksha Juneja wherein the actress had quoted about a sudden halt to the shoot on the set of Saathiya 2. She talked of the halt in shoot being chaotic, with no further information given to anyone on the set.
But now, it seems that there was a miscommunication that happened via reporting this news.
Confirming the same, actress Akanksha Juneja has let out a statement that reads like this, “There was a miscommunication from my end, I apologize for this. The shooting is happening smoothly on Saathiya 2 sets and we are on track. We are shooting as per the guidelines and there is no stress at all. I wish and pray that in this new normal lockdown we can entertain the masses who are at home.”
Producer and Director of the show, Pawan Kumar Marut gave this comment saying, “As makers of the daily soap, we are always prepared to tackle all sorts of obstacles which may come our way. We are following all protocols and guidelines issued by the government and currently, the shoot of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 is on track and there is no disturbance whatsoever. Our cast and crew are working towards creating entertaining content for the masses (viewers) of this country who at home and glued to our show. We have backup plans, episode banks, and other things in place. We pray that our show fans and viewers stay safe and give us a chance to entertain them during such tough times.”
